I believe everything stands and falls with leadership and the old ways of leading no longer work in the disruptive world we live in. I have a dream of helping leaders get tools to unleash the full potential of their organizations while caring for both people and profits. By reading this book you can help me make sure the message is clear that every leader can make a difference. I therefore thank you from the bottom of my heart for participating in this pilot-read.
